Instructions
- Add all igredients for burger patties into a large bowl and mix to combine. Do not "overwork" the mixture. Divide into 4 burger patties.
- On a grill or stovetop, cook burger patties until cooked through (165° F for both turkey and chicken).
- While patties cook, combine all ingredients for coleslaw mix and set aside.
- Mix ingredients for sriracha aioli and set aside.
- Once patties are cooked through, remove from heat and let sit, covered with tinfoil, for 5 minutes. Assemble burgers with desired toppings and serve.
Notes
Meat: Both ground turkey and ground chicken are very sticky which is why the panko is a must! Do your best to form the patties, but keep in mind they will be sticky.
Stove-top vs Grill: If cooking on a stove top, make sure to use a good amount of olive oil or other cooking oil in the pan. I also recommend spraying griddles on grill with cooking spray prior to cooking due to the texture of these patties.
