A friend of mine shared to her Instagram stories the most amazing looking pizza and I knew I had to try my own take at it! It was takeout from a restaurant in Minnesota called La Ferme. On their “Georgia Peach Pizza” they have a roasted garlic sauce, spinach, bacon, ham, bell peppers and peaches! Here’s my twist on it… Let me know what you think!

Tips for Perfect Peach Prosciutto Pizza
Use Fresh Peaches: For the best flavor, be sure to use ripe, fresh peaches. Their natural sweetness is what makes this pizza truly special. If peaches aren’t in season, you can substitute with nectarines or even figs for a different twist.
Adjust the Prosciutto: If you’re not a fan of prosciutto, you can swap it out for crispy bacon, pancetta, or even grilled chicken. Each will bring its own unique flavor to the pizza.
Make It Spicy: If you like a little heat, sprinkle some red pepper flakes over the pizza before baking, or drizzle with a bit of spicy honey once it’s out of the oven.
Homemade Dough: If you have the time, homemade pizza dough can elevate the dish even more. You can find easy pizza dough recipes online or use store-bought dough for a quicker option.
Get Creative with Cheese: While mozzarella is traditional, feel free to experiment with other cheeses, such as goat cheese, ricotta, or blue cheese. These will add a different depth of flavor to the pizza.
White Sauce:This can be made ahead of time and stored in an air tight container in the fridge for 1-2 weeks. It will be very thick if refrigerated, so allow to come to room temperature before use or heat in microwave for about 30 seconds prior to putting on pizza crust.
Pizza Crust: Depending on if you use homemade or store bought, cooking time and temperature may vary.
