How to Serve Thai Turkey Burgers
These Thai turkey burgers are incredibly versatile and can be served in a variety of ways. Here are a few ideas to make your meal even more exciting:
-
In Lettuce Wraps: For a lighter, low-carb option, skip the bun and wrap your Thai turkey patty in a crisp lettuce leaf. Top with fresh veggies and a drizzle of sriracha mayo for a refreshing and healthy alternative.
-
On a Bun: Of course, you can always serve these burgers on a soft, toasted bun. Add a slice of creamy avocado, pickled carrots, or a dollop of peanut sauce to bring out the flavors even more.
-
With a Side Salad: Pair your burgers with a simple cucumber and carrot salad dressed in rice vinegar and sesame oil. The light, fresh flavors will complement the richness of the turkey patty.
-
With Sweet Potato Fries: These Thai turkey burgers would be perfect with a side of crispy baked sweet potato fries. The sweetness of the fries balances beautifully with the spiciness of the burger.

Recipe Note
Tips for the Best Thai Turkey Burgers
Don’t Overwork the Meat: When mixing the turkey with the seasonings, be gentle and avoid overmixing. Overworking the meat can result in tough burgers. Just mix until everything is incorporated.
Adjust the Heat: If you love heat, feel free to add more sriracha or even chopped fresh chilies to the turkey mixture. You can also use chili paste or chili flakes for a different flavor profile.
Make Ahead: If you're preparing these burgers in advance, you can form the patties and refrigerate them for up to 24 hours. This allows the flavors to meld together and makes cooking even easier.
Experiment with Toppings: Feel free to get creative with your toppings. Try adding pickled vegetables, a drizzle of hoisin sauce, or some crunchy peanuts for extra texture.
Grill for Extra Flavor: If the weather is nice, throw these patties on the grill for an added smoky flavor. Just be sure to grease the grill grates so the turkey doesn’t stick.
